As many of you can imagine, the appendix was not removed in surgery- we never quite understood why. My mom has been keeping rhe cancer under control for 6 months and now its Rapid my spreading, causing bowel obstruction. We have had her on ivermectin and fenben, But could never get her to 1 g if fenben due to stomach issues. I am wondering if anyone knows how fenben can be dissolved into DMSO? Could it be applied topically with DMSO or perhaps increase absorption?
Yes. We are experimenting with transdermal administration of fenbendazole using DMSO as the facilitator. Depending on whether you’re using liquid or powder fenben the procedure is similar. Using roll on dmso, apply the powder to a surface that can be stationary for 10-15 minutes, like the inner arm between the elbow and wrist. Then apply the dmso and let dry. As it absorbs it should carry the powder with it.

We don’t have any reports of fenben use for testicular cancer. That doesn’t mean not to give it a try. Since a younger man is likely affected Marik suggests up to 1000 mg fenbendazole per day.

The packets come in a box that should have a weight dosage guide on the back. The one gram packet is for dogs up to ten pounds. The 4 gram packet is for dogs 31 to 40 pounds. What's the weight of your dog?

Maybe you can try applying Ivermectin or Fenbendazole paste topically. Small amount once or twice a day probably couldn’t hurt.

Maybe you can adjust paste dosages easier, than the pills, or apply it topically. Here are the options available on Amazon:
- PANACUR Dewormer HORSE PASTE 10%, 100mg,
- Horse Health (ivermectin paste) 1.87%, Equine Dewormer, up to 1,250 lbs 0.21 Ounces.
Those are too hard to adjust exact dosages, which makes toxicity a real concern.. 😩
