My wife has TNBC and wondered how this drug works to fight against this type of breast cancer

There is a detailed Case Report on TNBC that you may find helpful https://open.substack.com/pub/fenbendazole/p/case-report-triple-negative-breast?utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web

It seems to me the divergent reporting by patients of mg taken could easily be due to the fact that, for example, the Panacur-C envelopes each contain “1,000 mg” of product with 222mg of active ingredient.

I have stage 4 Lung cancer, I'm chucking 222 mg of Fenben at it and 48mg of Ivermectin. every 12 hours... Good luck x

How is it going for you?

Not great, the NHS is overrun, so much so I've not been given the results of the scans done just last week. Ive no idea how my war on cancer is going. Good news is I have my original Oncology consultation on audio and it's about to go to the CEO of Exeter RD&E to tell them what a useless cock he is. Thanks for asking... I would like your comment, but Substack thinks I'm dead already and have no need of a like button.

I hope you get the scan info soon; it’s so frustrating they leave us hanging. I’m in California and the cancer center is overrun, no doubt with turbo cancers since CA population had a high jab uptake. Despite no jab, I have recently discovered stage 4 lung adenocarcinoma, local met to a rib, suspicious spot in brain. 96 mg of ivermectin daily for 45 kg person is about 10x the “body weight dose” of 0.2 mg per kg, but on this site and others I’ve seen people and doctors report success and no side effects with these 10-12x high doses, so it is always helpful to read the experiences. I pray for you and all of us to have success.

The protocols you are searching for are embedded in the Case Reports. No one is going to spoon feed you. See what others have done and adjust, modify or keep the same depending on your circumstances. For example some do 222 mg twice per day, with the second dose separated by 8 hrs. Both doses taken with a tablespoon of olive oil.

Would like to know if anyone has had any issues with taking fenben. My husband is 81YO, has Parkinson's and stage 3 lung cancer. I started him on some fenben capsules from Amazon. He takes in the AM. By the afternoon, he gets a bad upset stomach. Any advice for how to proceed. Many thanks.

I don't know if this will help, but I believe Fenben should be given by the weight of the person. Anyone over 200 lbs should take 444 mg tablets and anyone below 200 should be taking 222 mg tablets. Also, Fenben should be taken with a meal that contains a decent amount of fat. This will help the absorption and effectiveness much more than taking it without fat. I've heard the amount of fat in the meal could vary between 20 - 40 mg. If that is too much for your husband to handle, then taking it with some fat, regardless of how much, should still help. I sure hope his stomach problems resolve.

Thanks so much for your informative reply. The dosage is confusing because I read people taking anywhere from the 222 mg to 2000 mg. My husband definitely falls in the 222 mg category if weight is a criterion. He is in an assisted living facility so I will see how he can take with a meal. If he were home, it would be a lot easier. Sigh.

I agree with Jeff above. We haven’t really addressed the mg/kg issue because 222 mg seems to work as well as 2000 mg, doesn’t make sense but that’s where we are.

Has anyone seen Dr Colleen Huber’s (The Defeat of Covid) substack post about fenbendazole, responding to Joe Rogan? She argues against fenbendazole for cancer, as toxic to liver. Curious about thoughts.

Expand full comment
author

We addressed this issue recently. Does Fenbendazole Cause Liver Damage?

Some have expressed concern that fenbendazole has been linked to liver injury. There is a report documenting the effect of fenbendazole on liver function as measured by the enzymes aspartate transaminase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT). A search using Google of “fenbendazole and cancer” returns this case report as the first result: Teppei Yamaguchi, Junichi Shimizu, Yuko Oya, Yoshitsugu Horio, Toyoaki Hida. Drug-Induced Liver Injury in a Patient with Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer after the Self-Administration of Fenbendazole Based on Social Media Information. Case Rep Oncol 1 September 2021; 14 (2): 886–891. https://doi.org/10.1159/000516276

Elevated liver enzymes may actually be a good sign for a cancer patient taking fenbendazole. Those liver enzyme (AST, ALT) values may spike for one or two months as the liver is stressed by the influx of dead cancer cells as it filters and processes the cellular debris from those dead cancer cells. AST and ALT increasing is a sign of hepatic stress (work), not necessarily disease, in the context of fenbendazole use. These liver enzymes usually normalize after the cancer is eradicated by fenbendazole.

FYI, liver enzymes will also fluctuate with other noncancerous sicknesses/recoveries as dead cellular debris enters the bloodstream and is processed by the liver for removal. This is part of a normal physiological process. Temporary liver enzyme fluctuation should be expected to occur as a matter of course when using fenbendazole as fenbendazole kills the cancer cells.

I wonder if caster oil packs would be a solution for the liver to excrete toxins more easily.

Calling fenbendazole a "Street Med" revealed a lack of understanding and was disqualifying in my mind. Similar to how Dr. John Malone, who claims to be the expert in all thing covid vaccine disqualified himself from further unbiased discussion when he got the shot despite apparently knowing the flaws in the mRNA platform.

Expand full comment

You mean Dr. Robert Malone, right? He discussed his reasoning on a Darkhorse podcast with Brett Weinstein and Steve Kirsh back in 2021 (or 2022). Malone said he figured the pharma companies had worked out the issues that had previously caused mRNA jabs to fail. His awakening came from the fact he almost died from the second shot. Since then, he has been working tirelessly to spread the word about these death jabs, and to organize support for medical freedom in general.

For how long can Fenbendazole or Mebendazole (at 222mg QD) be taken continuously, and how often should liver function tests be performed during therapy? Should it be pulsed, and if so, how?

Thank you for any insights!

This Substack has made the observation that temporary increases in the liver enzymes ALT and AST are likely an index that fenbendazole is “working.” That is, killing the intended target cancer cells, that cellular debris eventually passes through the liver causing it to work harder (stress) which is reflected in the temporary liver enzyme increase.

There is a self-treatment protocol that includes both FenBen and IVM - along with VitC, Sodium Bicarb and a few other bits and bobs.

I cannot for the life of me find the link - I've recorded the protocol itself in a text file, but it's not my place to give medical advice.

This review article from the Journal of Pharmacological Research entitled "Ivermectin, a potential anticancer drug derived from an antiparasitic drug" is interesting; it's a systematic review of 114 studies.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7505114/

The site at the link below discusses some less-academic, more-anecdotal experiences of successful deployment of IVM.

He has an open mind concerning health and after his attempted censorship over Ivermectin he is even more “outside the box.” If he had the SSG on, heads would explode at MD Anderson.

Is it even possible that the botched psy-op called covid which was launched for the sole purpose of injecting billions with kill shots, actually backfired and opened our eyes to the centuries-long enslavement of the human race? Nah, the ruling class elite is too powerful! The bankster cartel has all the control! But I just wonder, as the utter concept of chemical injections (vaccines) to as necessary for survival and the outpouring of other good info like anti-parasitics curing cancer have exploded as never before. One can hope.

Antiparasitics seem to have the unique ability to augment immune cell function. Mine didn’t work to kill the leukemia directly because it was a cancer of the immune cells themselves, but I believe it greatly potentiated the T-Cell based treatment I’m getting now. Parasites and most other cancers release immune suppressive molecules to protect themselves, in addition to starvation of glucose, Fen may also potentiate the immune response against cancer which explains why Joe Tippens was the only guy on his whole trial to survive.

Some articles on ivermectin:

Since the first report that IVM could reverse tumor multidrug resistance (MDR) in 1996 a few relevant studies have emphasized the potential use of IVM as a new cancer treatment.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7505114/

Ivermectin at its very low dose, which did not induce obvious cytotoxicity, drastically reversed the resistance of the tumor cells to the chemotherapeutic drugs both in vitro and in vivo.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6580523/

Over the past few years, increasing numbers of studies have indicated that ivermectin might have extensive uses as an anticancer agent for the treatment of different types of cancers, such as glioblastoma, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, leukaemia, and neurofibromatosis type 2 (NF2) tumours, and thus might have strong potential as an anti-carcinogen.

As for viable brands, Joe Tippens only recommends (last I heard) Merck panacur c and safeguard - mainly due to the fact they’ve been safely and reliably producing it for decades. The others are basically brand new to the game. FYI
