My husband has been taking 1gram of Panacur daily and was wondering how much that would equal to Safeguard liquid fenbendazole. Is being treated for a rare form of lung cancer and chemo and Opdivo did not work at all. Julie

I'm so impressed and happy with your results !!!!! Were you taking 2,000 mg pure fenbendazole daily or (2) 1,000 mg ( or 1 gram) packages of Panacur -C which contain 222 mg fenbendazole in each 1,000 mg package ? Just wondering . I know Menbendazole ,which is similar to fenbendazole , is taken in 100 - 200 mg daily dosages for certain diseases and in extremely high dosages for other non life threatening diseases for long periods of time . I bought some fenbendazole from The Happy Healing Store and they have a "FenBen Bio " form that uses some sort of nanotechnology to make it more absorbable even without fats- I still think to be safe it'll be better off to be taken with olive oil or butter or a fatty meal. I bought menbendazole ( cheap like under 50 cents for a 100 mg pilll !) and Ivermectin and some other things from Alldaychemistcom in India .

Does anyone know if fenbendazole can work on CMML-1 leukemia? Oncologist is ready to put me on chemotherapy medication called hydroxyurea. Any positive feedback information would be appreciated. John C.

I purchased 444 mg capsules of FenBen for my medicine cache'. How does one get 2000 mg? Is it powder vs. capsules? That seems like an awfully large amount. Most of what I read people took 444 mg per day. That would mean I would have to take about 4 to 5 - 444 mg tablets per day?

I guess taking 2-444mg morning and night would suffice?

Thank you for this post. I came across Joe Tippin’s story late December of last year and told a friend from Nigeria about it. Around August of this year, one of her sisters came down with malaria. She advised the sister to take fenben. The sister took it and was back to normal in a few days.

Just fwiw... IVM works well against colonrectal and prostrate cancer. Usually folks who end up using that protocol (after trying conventional ones + surgery) are already at stage 4... Required dosage is high, 4X bodyweight daily, with enough stories about folks getting well over the course of 6 months. It's faster for prostrate related issues, like enlarged prostrate (just 2X bodyweight), with folks seeing results within 3 weeks. I'd been seeing more and more blood in my stools for 3 weeks, my usual protocol of extra fibre in the diet and more blueberries not making headway... so did the high dose treatment and cleared that within 2 weeks (family has history of colonrectal cancer on my mother's side). Did another week to be safe... figured along the way that spreading out the dosage (2X at lunch and 2X at dinner) worked better.

And it's not the anti-parasitic mechanism per se that is acting as the cancer treatment. Around Jun'21, an old guy who had been using IVM on a weekly basis as prophylactic treatment against covid, reported that his age-related cataracts cleared up on their own. I took note of it.. and when Delta and it's shorter incubation period came around, I finally started using IVM, but 2X a week... both for myself (age 51) and my 79 year old mother - who had been due for cataract surgery that kept getting cancelled by the hospital. At double the effective weekly dosage, I felt my eyes were clearer after 4mth.s, and my mom's eyes have also remained clear, without obvious need for cataract surgery. Yes, I know IVM is used to cure river blindness, and the conventional wisdom is that it's killing the parasite when doing so. But our results indicate that perhaps another mechanism is at play here.

Just wanted to share that... I think fenben is great for super fast growing cancer-types.. IVM and others in the avermectin family would be better for others.

Yes IVM reported to improve organ function! Anecdotal report of a family member: her renal fxn labs normalized after using prophylactically.

SG, what was your exact protocol? my dad is having bloody stools for about 3 weeks, he has c-Diff and has had prostrate cancer. He is in the hospital right now. If I can get IVM to him- I’m sure he would go for it. Thanks.

Thank you for your post. I have cataracts also. I'm 54. I got covid last year and a friend gave me some IVM. I was taking 2 - 3mg am & pm for a week. Symptoms went away with in 2 days. Then I got sick again about 9 months later and did the same thing. Symptoms went away in a day.

Here's my question. Since then I have been taking 1-3mg IVM once weekly. I haven't noticed any changes in my eye sight so should I be taking more? I weigh about 140lbs.

Also, where is a trusted source to get IVM?

Expand full comment

Just to clarify you've been taking 13 mg of IVM weekly, yes? That would be the right dosage for 140lbs. How many months have you been doing the weekly protocol? Original commentator (elsewhere) said it took him just over 8 mths to clear up the cataracts. I was on twice weekly and it took 4 mths. I have no other health issues (no high blood pressure, diabetic etc).

Expand full comment

I've been taking the weekly dose of 3mg IVM for 2 months taking it in the AM only. I am sorry if I didn't clarify.

Should I go to 3mg in AM & PM once a week instead? I do have stage 3 renal failure but I don't think IVM affects kidneys. I take no medications other than some vitamins and I am not obese.

Expand full comment

I’ve seen that it improves kidney function. Also understand twice a week dosing and WITH FOOD so it is absorbed (unlike use for intestinal worms which is without food). So pharmacist May type without food mistakenly for this use (mine did).

Expand full comment

For your weight, you should be taking 13mg of IVM weekly... 3mg is too little. The low dosage seems to help folks clear up symptoms from covid (cough etc), but the usual bodyweight dosage prophylactically should be 0.2mg per kg. If you want to see results faster, then do it twice a week (13mg each time). 3mg is not going to be enough.

Sidenote - I started to develop presbyopia from my mid 30's. For the last few months, I've been using the nootropic - piracetam at high dose. Normally it helps with memory, but at high dose, one of the benefits is restoration of perfect eyesight for some folks. It's a much more complicated routine, as one needs to take specific vitamins at certain times to enable proper absorption, for the full effects to be seen. But one day (after about 2 mths), I noticed that I could see the speedometer clearly again as I leaned forward while driving... so I've managed to reverse almost 20 years of aging eyes with this extra protocol. And it's all off the shelf specific vitamins and supplements, all legal and well-known. It seems our body has amazing healing powers, if it's given the right supplements and nutrients to support the process.

Expand full comment

What is nootropic paracetam ??

Expand full comment

4X bodyweight Ivermectin?

So if I weigh 200lbs, that would be 800mg of ivermectin??

That can't be right. High dose for covid is 60mg.

Expand full comment

For your weight, 1X bodyweight means 18mg. So 4X is 72mg (actually 72.7 to be more exact). You were doing a direct linear lb to mg conversion which er.... is not how dosages are calculated. 1X bodyweight is 0.2mg per kg.

Hey SG_observer, do you have a link or other information on the 'around Jun'21, an old guy who had been using IVM on a weekly basis as prophylactic treatment against covid, reported that his age-related cataracts cleared up on their own.'? We're exploring the relationship between river blindness, IVM and cataracts.

Sorry I didn't save the link then, as it was in a much broader thread discussing potential pros and cons of using VIM long-term. While the person didn't give in-depth details, there was enough to substantiate his claim. He was just noting that it was an additional and unexpected benefit for him and the impression is that he is at least in his 60's. My mom is 79 and it also worked for her and my eyes are also better.

Subsequent to that, I started doing the brain stack using piracetam suggested by John Paul... and yes, my eyesight has continue to improve, and my presbyopia (which started at 38 years old) has now disappeared (50+). So my eyes are like 20 years younger, at least.

Now back to the main protocol here... fwiw, about 2 weeks ago, my mom complained of abdominal pain. It was specific to the appendix area, enough to keep her up at night, sharp pains at times. She thought it might be appendicitis, but upon some read-up by me, that normally happens for age 10-30, not for the elderly. Chances were much higher that it was appendix cancer. Given that it would take time for her to arrange to get a scope/scan, I decided that earlier treatment couldn't hurt, so started her on the max dose (2000mg) twice a day (i.e. 1000mg each time), and she was pain-free by the 3rd day. After that we continued with 1000mg for another 2 weeks.

I had minimal concerns about potential side effects due to what you've done here (deep heartfelt gratitude on my part), so I'm glad I followed that various bread crumb trails that led me to very interesting places and acquisition of quite esoteric knowledge, some of which only come into play at a later period of time.

Does anyone have dosage range ? How much should be taken for differing diagnosis? Also, is it safe to take IVM weekly? Anyone ever heard of people having high liver enzymes with either medication? Thanks!

Expand full comment

Let's use VIM to confuse the online bots a bit as they try to gather data.

So I helped my mom to get over appendix cancer using FB... then recently, it was a case of colonrectal turbo-cancer.. it came on very fast and vicious and she was literally on death's door. For that, VIM was much more effective.. and I had the liquid version, which is much more concentrated with higher bioavailability. She has recovered since then. Whole protocol is more complex, but the key was VIM.

That is wonderful! Yes! Acting fast is what can make all the difference, as it appears to have in your mother's case. Granted, you don't know for sure that she actually had cancer but since the pain went away after administering fenbendazole it is a highly likely possibility. Besides, she is out of pain in the shortest amount of time possible. One emerging theme that we're learning from this substack is that given the little risk to great reward profile of taking fenbendazole people like you are taking the bull by the horns and acting...with great effect! Bravo!

Hello - I am curious about cataract and the IVM usage. I have cataracts and am only in my 50's. Can you tell me how long you took IVM? what the dosage was? the hardest part is where did you find it?

Expand full comment

It took 8 months of weekly dosing for the first guy that noted the benefit. He had just been using it as a prophylactic against covid. Body-weight dosage, that's all that's required. My mom and I were twice a week and noticed that eyes were cleared up after 4 months. I tested it by doing a 7 hr night-time long drive and everything was crystal clear on unlit roads, with just my headlights.

The quality of the VIM available from US pet shops have dropped... no longer the nice clear gel like before... but I'm assuming the active ingredient is still present in stated amounts. Some folks get it from India... there's also 'pet shops' that are chinese but they have a european shopfront and ship all over. Just remember that China produces over 90% of all the pharma active ingredients... India just does repackaging from bulk supplies.

I just now saw your comment. Lol. I live in a rural town in the Cumberland Plateau of Tennessee. I have a stash of the 🐎 ivermectin and use it when needed. I personally haven't went to a pharmacy and asked for ivermectin yet.

Oddly enough, what I believe to be a skin cancer popped up on my face about a year ago. It looked like a flat mole near my hair line, but recently it started becoming rough-feeling like a scab. There's no way I can afford a dermatologist or whatever treatment if it was some type of cancer.

I started rubbing my ivermectin 🐎 1.87% paste on it everyday and leaving it to dry on there.

The place is almost gone now. It has a smoother feel to it also.

I will have to check and see about the compound pharmacy near me-if they'll sell me the ivermectin. I can get plenty of the 🐎 at our farm/feed store for 9.99 a box. If I can get human I'd be happy to send you some if it's not that expensive

A few people have written in regarding the relationship between cataracts, river blindness (parasite based) and ivermectin. The theory is that cataracts could result from parasites which would suggest ivermectin (or fenbendazole) as a treatment.

Expand full comment

do you have an email Ben Fen? I have a little experiment I would like to share with you.

In other words.. parasites might be causing cataracts. IVM kills parasites, which could explain why some cataracts/poor vision resolve after taking IVM.

Regarding MS, fenben is unlikely to have an effect because the known mechanisms underpinning MS appear to be autoimmune. Meaning that the immune system mistakenly attacks healthy myelin on nerve cells causing the disease. Unless there is an as yet, unidentified agent that is involved somehow in disrupting the immune system initially which then results in causing the immune system to eventually attack myelin, fenben is unlikely to help. On the flip side, if fenben was found to help MS that would be quite the discovery! So now that you ask the question a possible mechanism comes to mind. Keep in mind that this is just a wild idea based on limited knowledge regarding the finer points of MS. If untreated intestinal parasites caused immune system disruption it could lead to a variety of autoimmune conditions. Ironically, India does have one of the lowest rates of MS incidence in the world but scientists who study the condition think that is more related to high vitamin D. Vitamin D is essential for proper immune system function and most people living >35 degree latitude and >-35 degrees latitude are vitamin D deficient. So making sure you're vitamin D optimized 50-80 ng/ml and perhaps making sure you're not carrying around a bunch of intestinal parasites makes a lot of sense.
